Yvette came to us from Pep Boys corporate and quickly became one of our most valuable content writers working with several different teams. Her interpersonal skills allow her to communicate effectively with our teammates and stakeholders, up through the executive level. In her UX Writer II role, Yvette interpersonal skills are on full display. Her understanding of design has allowed Yvette to visualize and understand the CAM teams visual UX requirements based on the limitations of our component libraries across SMB and Enterprise pages. Her experiences working across multiple teams has also helped during creative briefs. She asks smart questions upfront which go a long way toward solving issues that may crop up later, saving the entire team time, additional work, and rounds of revisions, so that we can deliver quickly to stakeholders.

As the marketing copywriter at Pep Boys, Yvette wrote across all marketing channels including regional broadcast, digital and print media. This required a reformation of content across email, video and all web content.
